How much does a bespoke cabin cost?
This depends on the size and complexity of the build, however most of our cabins work out at roughly £1500 per square metre of floor space. Therefore, a 4m x 4m cabin would cost £29,000 including VAT.
What is included in the price?
Our starting price includes designing the cabin, full installation including foundations, cedar cladded facade with any hidden walls cladded in powder coated aluminium for a zero-mantanance finish, plastered and painted interior walls, laminate flooring, fully insulated floor walls and ceiling, EPDM rubber roof, UPVC windows and doors and interior and exterior lights and sockets.

We offer a complete design and installation service and can tailor every garden room to individual tastes and requirements. Every cabin is designed keeping a close eye on the environment, from the concrete and dig free ground screw foundations and sheeps wool insulation to locally sourced timber and a recycled rubber roofing system. All our cabins include mains power, lighting and electric heating.
